Product Description
Milton Nogueira, affectionately known as Miltinho, has deep connections to the Mogiana region of Brazil, particularly Divinolândia and Mococa. A former banker, he took over his father-in-law’s farm, Santa Clara, in 2004 and became a pioneer of organic farming in the area.

We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Milton for over 12 years, and every visit to Santa Clara offers a chance to see how his thoughtful approach continues to shape his farm. Coffee grows alongside pineapples, corn, citrus fruits, and beans, creating a thriving ecosystem that reflects his commitment to sustainability and the health of the land.

This Catuaí coffee, cultivated at 1,200 meters in the Pirapitinga terroir, undergoes natural processing with 15 days of drying on patios. The result is a coffee that captures the unique character of Mogiana’s rich volcanic soils and Milton’s dedication to innovation.
